COLLABO OF THE ANIMAL KIND

Well, as expected, the Balmain x H&M collection sold out at lightening speed. So much so that I was unable to even browse ANY of the collection online. First, the website was having technical difficulties due to how busy it was, and then next thing I knew it was sold out. EVERYTHING. Now, if you are really desperate for a piece of the pie you can go online and find people that are price gouging reselling the products they did get their hands on. As you can imagine, though, the prices have sky rocked and you may as well get yourself an item from their primary line. sigh. 

On to better news, Lauren Conrad revealed another collaboration with Disney for Kohl's! This time around the chosen childhood star is none other than, Bambi! While it is not my favorite collection, (nothing can compare to the, "Cinderella", collection) to each their own! Take a look at a few of the pieces:

SPLURGE v STEAL

If you are anything like me, then lipgloss can be a real pain in the ass to find that perfect one. Some are too goopy, others dry the hell out of my lips and then some are just plain gross tasting. And once you do find the perfect one, it is hard to go back to anything else. Well, I have come to love three in particular! And while none of them are necessarily considered a, "splurge" per say, there is definitely a difference in price while not much difference in quality.

All three come in various shades, some being barely there and others extremely dark. Victoria's Secret used to be my end-all-be-all until recently I decided to give E.L.F. a shot. And, it is amazing, cheap and stocked at several stores that I frequent (got mine at the grocery!). Same with Burt's Bees: easily accessible and great quality! But, being the bargain shopper that I am, I have a feeling I am going to be using E.L.F. more than the others!
